This has been by far the worst experience coming to this place, The staff is rude and unwilling to help, the wait for the glasses is ridiculously long They made me wait a little over a month for my prescription. A when I called to ask why the wait was so wrong the doctor told me that they had sent my glasses to the wrong shop or what ever. It has now been 6 weeks and I’m STILL waiting on them to give me my damn glasses.

I have had a horrible experience. The office staff is rude and not helpful at all. I went in to get my contacts but they didn't have a trial pair for me. It took two weeks to get them and never checked to see if they fit me nor gave me instructions afterwards. I will not be using them moving forward and I highly recommend you find another office...they're not nice people.
El personal nada Amable. Aparte encargas tus lentes y dicen en 3 a 7 días estarán disponibles y le llamaremos y nunca hablan es mi tercer examen soy clienta desde hace años tuve mucha paciencia. Pero ya encontré otro lugar mejor. Pierden a una familia completa 🙄
