Nelson operated on me on March 29, 2006 and caused a complication. Nelson lacerated my bladder during a laparoscopic exploration and placed at least a dozen metal clips in order to repair. 14 years later, the laceration and clips caused 66% of my kidney to die due to the placement of the clips and scar tissues from the laceration.
