Omg 3.5 hrs in the waiting room... and i ask how long before they take me? they said the department I should be going to, it was close 🙄😱so it was lots of pl before me... and i never go to the dr 😢🤷🏿♀️🥺🥺never ever had a good experience with our local emergency service..🤷🏿♀️i get to hear the security lady conversation for 2 hrs in the speaker phone... and when you aren’t feeling good. Is really uncomfortable ...🥵

I had three stitches taken out in March and the billing department miscoded the paperwork so my insurance didn’t pay the bill. I have called about this bill every month and have been told “the billing lady isn’t in right now and doesn’t have regular hours”. Then I would be told that they would leave her a note/email her and get it resolved only to have the same bill show up the next month. Friday I was told that I would get a return call by the end of the business day with any sort of update and I still haven’t heard anythin... read more
Dr Rana Subir, the other Doctors, nurses, etc are professionals, very friendly, spot on diagnosis and remember their patients. In a word, Wonderful!
We received great care and were seen and treated within 45 minutes. This ER is amazing. Staff is friendly too.
