I was referred to Dr. Mao by another IU Physician to have a ultrasound guided injection in two different areas in my shoulder. Dr. Mao spent a good amount of time with me getting to know me, my activities and how my shoulder problems have effected the quality of life. His exam was thorough. He also walked me through the injections and what to expect. Dr. Mao was an excellent teacher and active listener. I was glad I saw him.
