After reading all the reviews of Dr Krieger I had second thoughts of going for my appointment. I did however go and was pleasantly surprised of his concerns about my health. He reviewed my bloodwork and did his recommendations. He also asked me if I had any concerns or questions for him. I highly recommend this Hematologist to anyone needing one. I have experienced good care by Dr.Krieger. He has been doing this along time and has expressed that his work is important to him. The office can get busy at times, but I’ve managed to get the support I need from the front desk - Fran, Amina, and Julie have all been helpful! I genuinely hope he doesn’t retire soon, though it wouldn’t surprise me given his long career. I also want to note that I am a woman and person of colour. Dr. Krieger is a wonderful Doctor, very thorough despite being incredibly busy. He called on another professional to see us while we waited in his office, this appointment would have had a 2 month wait time. His nurse is caring, professional and to the point, something we greatly appreciated. Information was given verbally and also in writing. Every step of treatment, and questions were answered as many times as we needed without making us feel like we were taking too much of their time.
