Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? Yes, they answered my questions Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic ... read more

Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Absolutely! They made an extra effort to support and encourage me Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond
