the place and employes dont care about you. the phone system it is almost impossible to get ahold of a human being when you're dealing with people with addictions they need one-on-one positive reinforcement not constant discouragement I'm so glad we left there we go to Rowan now where the people really care and they have everything you need right there

A little over a year ago they switched over from family medicine through Capital Healtg to Henry J Austin... Terrible idea! Of course everyone had to re register ( bring in ID, birth certificate etc) due to a new system. I did this in July 2014 and it is now April 2015. Great doctors, nurses, and dentists (also doctors of dental medicine)
Bstanye buena la la atenciin pero me gustaria que ubiera mas persinal en espanol me centiria un poco mas Comomoda. Ablandi en mi idioma
TERRIBLE. Does not answer the phone or return your calls. They have cancelled appointments without telling, not put scheduled appointments on their calendar. Have shown up and the doctor has not even been there. Worst of all, they have not answered the phone for specialist doctors and let my boyfriends referral expire on a serious health issue. Don't go to this place unless you want a serious headache. It's been 9 months trying to handle what should take a few weeks. Can not stress enough how terrible this place is run.
