I want to give huge props and a shout out to the security department at the Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital for for compassion and willingness to help my daughter in love in super cold and freezing temps jump her car. Thank you officer Tom Gillespie for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Notified close friend admitted to hospital room C 344 in critical condition. Information desk staff member friendly and helpful. Interacted with several staff members for directions, all of whom were patient and considerate. While in waiting room nurse (Kristin) informed us of stat procedure ordered and afterward friend will be moved to another floor/room. Nurse kind, compassionate and straightforward. went in for c_diff.they were very thourh did blood and stool test in 24 hrs. gave me antibiotic just for cdiff and was released 4 days later.nurses and na very caring promp.not like corwell health.only did 1 blood test.and 2 ex rays on hip.no stool test or 3 extra test.
