Great team everyone was courteous, direct, prompt and caring.
I am very happy that I have been able to follow Dr. Ilka Naumann to Henry Ford ENT. I have been a patient of Dr. Naumann’s for over 15 years who honestly saved me. She is very observant, honest and direct with her patients. Henry Ford Hospital is truly lucky and blessed to have such a tremendously gifted doctor.
I was scheduled for surgery at 12:00 but wasn't taken back until 3:45, and no one told me about the delay or why it was happening. After a 30-minute procedure, I didn't leave until after 8 PM, so I spent more than 8 hours at the hospital. The surgery itself went well and the staff were kind once things got moving. Delays happen, but a quick update would have made the wait much easier. Better communication with patients would go a long way.
