Crooks charged me over $1300 to talk to me and give me a prescription for antibiotics. That's with a nearly $600 uninsured discount. Highly disappointed with my most recent visit and some of the staff in the ER last Thursday. One of the male doctors that I spoke to was condescending and made me feel worse than I already did. They’re not there to help people of color they dismiss you as if you’re lying send Home with a bunch of medicine that does not work. They didn’t help me either time. I was made aware of more what they can’t do to help me.
Dr. Abbas is the first doctor in a long, long time (or ever) to make feel HEARD about my health concerns, and not just pass them off as anxiety. Thank you, Dr. Abbas!!

I want to make it absolutely clear that my grievance is in no way with Dr. Sousa himself. My experience with him has always been respectful and professional. He helped me relieve the pain I have suffered from for five years, and I cannot say enough positive things about him.
