Terrible customer service. Post SPINAL surgery, I cannot use arms or walk w/o a walker- was referred to HF physical therapy immediately. This location tells me June 5th is first appointment, when I tell them of the urgency, the reply is ‘well, you want the number to another location?’ WOW. Way to be compassionate and helpful. Kudos. Stressful situation already, thanks for adding to it.
