Today I called the radiology department to see if they could see me for a potential blood clot. Christine (spelling may be approximate) answered the phone and showed genuine compassion and empathy for my situation. She assured me that she would do everything she could and called me back after speaking with the tech, Katlyn (also unsure of spelling). Somehow, my wife's 1st mammogram results were delayed for 5+ weeks and then it was inconclusive! They blamed a computer hack from six (6) months prior! The 2nd mammogram was OK. The 1st mammogram was no charges to my account. The 2nd had charges above insurance which I refuse to pay! Talk about "CREATIVE BILLING"! Of course they didn't refund insurance for the 1st test did they? They kept both charges!
This is a very clean,well organized hospital. First off, they have Jesus as you walk through the door, so that is 5* in my book alone. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and well organized.They get their job done with cutting-edge technology and make it an overall easy process.
