Came here on 3 sep occasions. Everyone from the girls at the front desk,nurses, and doctors. were always very attentive and kind. Didn't feel forced or rushed. I will be changing my our family doc to this location if possible. Better then most docs at the Hamtramck location.
I once went there coughing and wheezing with possibly the flu, and was told by a nurse that was sitting down, we don't handle that here. You don't handle sick people? I got the brush off as if I were a nuisance.
Very friendly staff and the doctor listens to your concerns.
I had the best experience at capital park quick care. The CSR and MA checked me in and got me seen quickly and the Nurse their was very well educated and help me understand my issue. I am very well satisfied and I recommend this office to anyone.
