Very unprofessional office- the manager is nice and the genuine staff left the office or resigned or transferred. *Mainly * The front desk staff *KIM* has a nasty and disrespectful attitude and hangs up on patients. she has a short temper and Will go off on the patients. And so many people are complaining about it Im not the only one, something needs to be done! The office is losing a lot of patients.
I had a tibea plateau fracture and dr.fahs was amazing. I am 8 weeks post op and can walk without assistance and am in no pain at all. I would recommend dr.fahs and the team to anyone with orthopedics issues!
In May 2024, I broke my shoulder and I forget the doctor's name that I saw, but he was Extremely rude, non-attentive, and at this point, I was just asking for 800 Motrin for a prescription for pain, and he rudely and basically just told me to buy it over over-the-counter. When I explained that it was expensive, and my insurance would pay for a prescription at no cost to myself he did not care or even bother to listen to or help me with my request.
