The PCT in the ER was very rude. My son is 12yrs old with a history of asthma. The PCT checked his vitals ONCE and had us waiting for over an hour to receive care. When I asked the PCT if she should check his vitals again and she ignored me and continued to state that she could not understand my writing on the form. HFH is my mothers hospital. Continuous issues with the latest being her dr sent her to ER because blood clots in her legs showed up on a vascular test. She’s been waiting over 3 hours in the WAITING ROOM because there are no available beds. She’s 85 and has back issues and the chairs are so uncomfortable how is she supposed to handle that???

They just put you in a room and forget about you. Been here 7 hours a nurse came in once to check on my daughter. We were waiting 7 hours and there social worker still never came. Checking us out and will drive to a Beaumont hospital next time for sure. I should NOT be billed for this its a joke.

RecommendedMy husband had to have a test in endoscopy today. From the screener, to the front desk, the nurses and the physician, everyone could not have been kinder. Before we left, his physician went over in detail what he did and what he found. We were also given a written report of what the doctor found, along with photos. I can't imagine our visit being more positive. Thank you for the excellent care and kindness.
