First the great things, front office desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. The choices are phenomenal from designer to inexpensive, I never have problems finding a couple pairs that I love. Doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. Tech was great as well. The staff that helps with picking out the glasses and going through the vision insurance was very helpful. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and also incredibly knowledgeable & helpful, as well. An overall excellent experience for me getting new glasses.
Great selection of frames. The customer service experience was truly night and day. One interaction was exceptional, while the other was extremely disappointing.
