(MFM) Got here for my growth appointment to find out someone on their end cancelled my entire appointment and order. Very disappointed came an hour an a half from home. Usually very good even waited a little over the 5 week mark just to be seen again even though I'm usually seeing someone 4-5 weeks and I'm closer to my due date. Very upset as someone who is high risk wish I could switch to someone else however I'm late in my third trimester.
My Dr was a little rude to me, I was a little hesitant with a few answers, her response was I don't have to talk to you, I can just do your tests, so feeling confused I said ok. Not sure if she was having a rough morning or what. I don't want to be seen by her again. I've never had this happen before. I've been a patient for years and this is my 1st time I've had a rude doctor.
I was a bit nervous to have a male OBG/YN but that doctor handled me with care. He even gave me answers to something I hadn’t mentioned, but am currently having issues with. Beautiful staff and focused all around. Thank you!!
Dr. Rao is an excellent OBGYN specialist! This was my first time seeing him and I was a little apprehensive about seeing a new OBGYN doctor, but Dr. Rao made me feel comfortable within a few minutes of meeting him. He is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and gentle. He actively listened to my questions and concerns, and fully answered each one. They were very helpful and attentive during my pregnancy. & even after childbirth I was able to discuss birth control options with them and everything
