Southfield office - Terrible referral assistance. I specifically mentioned that I'm having surgery in a few weeks and need iron therapy/infusion. They have done nothing but pass me around through different department voicemails. They called back one time while I was at work so I missed the call. They left no voicemail. My voicemail is NOT full, I even checked it. Southfield location: Very unprofessional. Can't directly speak to someone and they schedule appointments months after your bloodwork is completed. Then they say your blood work is outdated and cancel the appointment you have been waiting for. Do not recommend.
$150.00 facility fee over and above the office visit which health insurance does not cover. Surprise billing and no department knows anything about it. I will never go back!!!! Subsequently asked to fill out feedback form but could not submit. Further waste of time! This is not the Providence hospital and medical facilities we came to know, respect and rely on.
