I've called 3 times after receiving a referral for this office from another physician. Each time, I have received the "you are the next call to be answered" recording repeatedly, but ended up ending the call near the 40 minute-mark of being on hold. I have also left 2 messages and have not received the "call back within 24 business hours" that the recording assures. I am a medical professional as well, so I understand being busy.
