Scheduled the appointment for my father for same day via my chart. I called 10 mins after the appointment was scheduled to confirm and was told everything was all set & they will my father later that day, she even confirmed the exact location. Received a call 30 mins after verbally confirming the appointment that it was a fluke & my dad has to schedule for a much later day/time.
