We had a video chat with a doctor unfortunately we couldn’t logon we called no one answered and this not the first time then someone called me to reschedule she was very rude and unprofessional we can’t trust this facility anymore
I accidentally came a day early for my actual appointment, lost track of time throughout the week and totally my fauly lol. Needless to say, they found a way to still fit me in for my appointment that day. I was so happy, especially because it's not very close to where I live and I have to rely on medical transportation. Staff is anyways friendly, nice and professional. The only thing that kind of sucks is scheduling a appointment can take months... depending what you're going in for.

1) Ethics Violations- Intentionally misleading a patient about a course of treatment. Giving falsified information to patient and spouse 2) Lack of Empathy or Care regarding patients listed medical history and allergies 3) Falsifying medical records AND filing false claims with insurance.
