They could be more clear about when a routine health screening suddenly turns into a diagnostic, and therefore differently billed, visit. The difference could cost you hundreds of dollars without any prior warning. Also, apparently it's okay to bill insurance companies for an inconclusive routine screening. Generally, insurance companies only cover one screening per years, whether there are results or not.
