Went here October 21st 2025 nobody in the office lunch is until 2:30 and it is now 1:30. Nobody in the office told me I not get in until 245 my elbow is killing me you feel like it's broken it is so swelled up they looked at it and still told me they could not get me until 2:45 remind you there's nobody in the office except the secretaries three people sitting there doing nothing but jabbing I give them a one-star go to Sandusky or go to Port Huron you'll get faster and better service in my opinion

I had a copper IUD inserted here and became pregnant three months later because it was not placed correctly. It was low, near my cervix instead of high in my uterus. An ultrasound was not even performed during the procedure to verify the placement. Instead, they performed an xray which is not an effective way to verify placement because you can't see how it's sitting in the organ. If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled a first time dr apt with Amy Kopp and I will not be back. Instead of empathizing with myself as her patient she seemed very captious and bullying. This was not how I planned for my visit to go.
