I had my MRI today. These women were truly amazing. From the front desk lady at Suite 130. Really caring individual. Treated me with dignity and compassion. I was so happy she was my first interaction because she set the tone for a pleasant experience. The other two I would like to mention in the radiology department are Angel and Charee. God, I hope I spelled that correctly. I have extremely bad panic attacks, and those two wonderful ladies made sure I was comfortable for an extremely uncomfortable situation. Terrible understaffed and small ED. Rooms and beds in North Pavilion are ridiculous. Food is worst hospital food ever.

The wait time is horrible. One dr on staff? This should not be an emergency room they cannot handle the people in need of care.

Went in for an MRI and out of the 15 or so that I've had over the years this was by far the worst. Most places have headphone that play music while you're stuck on the tube but theirs were broken. Just for starters. I had 2 that day one on my neck that went fine and the other on my lower back which pretty much burned me, first time ever that has happened. Then finally after the MRI was finished I asked for my disk so I could have something to take to my surgeon. Well their disk burner was also broken but was assured by the s... read more
