What has happened to our health care system? There is nothing that went right with any of this. Wow. Though I have received a response from the "Owner", the link they supplied receives this: Server Error in '/' Application. The resource cannot be found. It is par with this whole experience. I should not have expected anything different.

Doctors front office staff was rude and snotty. Front office answered without speaking, and hung up on 3 different occasions. The last time I called and was hung up 13 times in a row. Then doctor sent a message in my portal and accused me of mistreating her office staff. I'm not the only one who has experienced this treatment in Howell office. I will not return. I will go to U of M in Ann Arbor to receive treatment instead.
We didn't stay because they did not have rapid flu tests.
