Remember most people only leave reviews when they have bad experience. I have been here several times in the past 5 months. Never had a problem, didn’t need an appointment. Staff are friendly and hospital is clean. Some times they are busy and the wait could be longer than 20-30 mins, but its mostly empty and i just walk in.

I had a 9:45am appointment to get my blood drawn this morning. When I arrived, the woman at the desk was extremely rude. By 10am, I still hadn’t been seen, so I asked how much longer it would be. She told me she “couldn’t say” and then walked away and put up a sign redirecting people to the front desk. At the front desk, I asked again and also mentioned how rude the woman was. Will not return to Plymouth lab. I’m not sure if she’s a regular or was a nurse filling in but she was loud, condescending and obnoxious. I refused to get my blood drawn by this woman, got up from the chair and drove to the lab in Troy where I was taken care of by an experienced professional
