Henry Ford Radiology has a centralized phone number for scheduling. I've been on hold for more than an hour. Staff up or provide other options other than the call back. I did that and missed the call. Really horrible approach to customer care.
The person who works on scheduling was very mean and she just hang up without waiting for me to ask her more questions. Very disappointed, if she didn't like her job there's many more who need a job.

0 ⭐️ to be exact. Wasted time and money dealing with them. Henry Ford locations (all) do not answer their phones. I've been trying to schedule urgent appointments with them for the past couple of weeks. Just called my daughters doctor to have her referrals switched to Beaumont. This is ridiculous. Once I finally got a hold of someone in radiology I was transferred. The phone rang and and after about 5 minutes it hangs up.
This place is a joke! It took 50 minutes and arguing with the receptionist to book an appointment that my physician ordered for a specific reason. He kept trying to schedule for a test that I cannot have and that there was no physician order for and then when I said “I refuse” that test, he offered me yet another type of test (also not what the DR. ordered).
