The person who works on scheduling was very mean and she just hang up without waiting for me to ask her more questions. Very disappointed, if she didn't like her job there's many more who need a job.

0 ⭐️ to be exact. Wasted time and money dealing with them. Henry Ford locations (all) do not answer their phones. I've been trying to schedule urgent appointments with them for the past couple of weeks. Just called my daughters doctor to have her referrals switched to Beaumont. This is ridiculous. Once I finally got a hold of someone in radiology I was transferred. The phone rang and and after about 5 minutes it hangs up.
This place is a joke! It took 50 minutes and arguing with the receptionist to book an appointment that my physician ordered for a specific reason. He kept trying to schedule for a test that I cannot have and that there was no physician order for and then when I said “I refuse” that test, he offered me yet another type of test (also not what the DR. ordered). This place has become a joke. I have used the Henry Ford system many times in the past and it just keeps going down hill. I’ve been jumping through hoops for a week now just trying to get a MRI scheduled and they still can’t get it together. Good bye. I will go elsewhere.
