Don’t waste your time in an Emergency. I went in, got a bed and got told to pee in a cup, then they left me in pain for 2 hours before they sent a nurse. I walked out.
Scam billing practices. My son was sent to their sports medicine center to double check an X-ray for his sternum. We were there less then 5 minutes and they billed us $1300 for care he never received. What a joke
So far the doctors and have been great, my complaint is about the techs who take your vitals and don't sanitize their hands or wear gloves when touching things the doctors need to use for exams. We watched a tech come in our room, not sanitize his hands, touch the keyboard, touch the doorknob several times, then proceed to grab things that would be going in my husband's mouth with his bare hands, setting them on a tray, after fidgeting with the outside of his mask several times.
