This hospital is such a blessing. From the caring doctors, nurses, and staff to their Safe at Home Program... What a godsend. After my loved one received world class care and was discharged, the social worker, Marlene, referred us to the Safe at Home Program. We were contacted by Katherine. If I could zero stars I would. This is the worst facility you can take your loved one to in an emergency. Avoid this place. They have not respected families wishes for extending a stay for our mom with so many health problems. The doctor is condescending. Dr Kamelia Albujoq does not put patient care first. She puts insurance companies first. Right out of the insurance companys mouth as they admitted that our moms early release is due to Dr Albujoq saying my mom can be discharged. I’m not sure why this hospital has such poor reviews. My experience was incredible. I delivered my first child here and had the best care. I had to stay longer than normal due to some complications but everyone took such great care for me. To the midwives, the nurses and the private rooms, it was all very nice.
