Went to the ER for a visit on a Sunday night to be evaluated for a blood clot. My vascular specialist advised me to go to an emergency room for immediate evaluation.. Imagine my surprise presenting to a full fledged hospital ER to be told they would arrange for outpatient services the next day for me. At first this seemed like a nice hospital. My family and I have been HF patient's for 25 years my husband since the 1950s. Well apparently I was denied to make an appointment to get my knee drained and shots in it untill I spoke to a financial planner. I owe 2400 dollars my husband owes 800 dollars. I'm disabled. Now I'm getting harassing emails threatening me with legal threats and the are going to report this to the creditors because we are late paying the bill. We are also getting phone calls. RecommendedMost of the Doctors, care, nurses, privacy!
My husband had to have a test in endoscopy today. From the screener, to the front desk, the nurses and the physician, everyone could not have been kinder. Before we left, his physician went over in detail what he did and what he found. We were also given a written report of what the doctor found, along with photos. I can't imagine our visit being more positive. Thank you for the excellent care and kindness.

Henry ford didn’t think to share when I scheduled an appointment kids aren’t allowed. How would I know if I wasn’t told? And how did Henry ford know if I was dying or not and badly needed my appointment?
I'm writing this review because it's almost one year since my first delivery and I still cry of anxiety and anger from the mental damage Dr. Neil Simmerman has done to me. He was the scheduled OBGYN doctor at HFHS West Bloomfield during my L&D and he was the worst doctor I've ever met in my life! He barely introduced himself, he just entered the room. If you have any needs for a child, I don’t recommend going to the emergency department, we showed up with our son who was 2 years old at the time.. he had an open toe fracture, the ER doctor wanted to amputate the toe, instead of stitching it together.. when we said no to the amputation.. the er DR then said, he talked to a plastic surgeon, and our 2 year old needed his little toe vessels re attached.. so he transferred us to U of M children’s Motts.. by the time our son got operated on was 9 hours after the accident happene... read more
