The PA listened to my wife's reasons for seeking medical help with her increasingly painful shoulder pain, ordered x-rays, and administrated cortisone to the joint. She was heard, and treated. We left pleased.
They ask all kinds of questions online even though you are a Henry Ford patient The person at the desk was uninterested and helping me whatsoever Extremely rude I walked out. Went to the urgent care down the street, got in right away I just handed them my ID and my insurance cards
Dr. Goran Crnomarkovic ("call me G") listened carefully to my complaints, checked my symptoms, discussed what he found, made recommendations while considering my other health issues, ordered my prescriptions and checked to make sure I understood all instructions. He was thorough and pleasant. I trusted him and would return to him and this Henry Ford-Go Health Urgent Care. In fact this is my third trip there in the last couple years.
Visited this location on 1/10/26. Was asked to provide a urine sample, I obliged. I saw the DO on schedule Juwad-Ul-Hassan, DO & he looked at my chart, asked a couple of questions and sent me on my way with a prescription. After a couple of days I realized I hadn’t received my test results in MyChart. I call the facility on 1/13 and spoke with Alicia who advised she was unsure and would follow up by 6pm that evening.
