The team was very courteous, professional, caring, understanding, prompt and knowledgeable!! They were awesome!!!
I had a disappointing experience at this urgent care. When I first arrived, the receptionist was friendly, but that quickly changed once I was taken to the back. While assessing me, she made me feel as though my concern was not important and reacted in a way that felt dismissive. She left the room without saying anything, visibly irritated, and my friend who accompanied me even heard her mumbling under her breath as she walked out.
