Great Doctors but most of the other staff is rude & incompetent & discriminatory. Among other things. I am ALWAYS on hold for hours & sometimes I dont even get to speak with someone. Also My mom has been with out meds multiple times because they don’t pick up the phone & they don’t accept automatic refill requests from the pharmacy which is absolutely ridiculous!

Great doctor. The rest of the patient services are really bad. I've be trying to get an appointment that work for me for over a year. Only one requirement had to be after 3:00 pm any week day. I called 3 times on hold each time more than 10 minutes no answer. web site does not work.
It's a shame you can't get anyone over the phone. All I'm trying to do is check the time and day of my upcoming appointment because my calendar failed to save it. I have been on hold for a whole hour. This clinic needs to work on their communication because this is ridiculous for a Doctor’s office. I'd hate if I needed a prescription sent. Fix your phone!
