I was in desperate need of a global referral asap otherwise I would have to reschedule my rheumatology appointment that I waited eight months for and the next availability wouldn't be for another five months. I can't thank Denise enough for being able to get it done immediately and those at the front desk are always extremely nice to me when I come in. Appreciate them immensely!
Come here expecting to spend your whole day here. You’re told to arrive 10-15 mins early but regardless of coming early you’ll still be waiting 30-50 minutes before being called back. I have been understanding for the most part and i do realize that things happen but why is every visit like this. I also feel like when i have concerns for my kids it’s being swept under the rug. It’s not being taken serious and I’m left with questions. If my insurance would allow it, i would switch doctors.
I've been using this doctors office going on two years now and have yet to experience what i see in a lot of these comments. As far as all of these women/people saying the front desk is rude....... maybe your just getting back what you are dishing out. Or dont have a clue of what they deal with on the day to day and have unrealistic expectations. They have never been anything but professional and polite to me, as i am to them. The women at the front desks are rude! I went to a desk by the kiosk and was told I had to go to one of the 2 desks by the door. I went to the desk that said x-rays check in here. That woman said no, you have to go to the next desk. I said dang 3rd desk in under 1 minute. She looked at me and said "sweetheart you'll be at several desks before you get out of here".
