I think The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve had no problems ever going there. You might have to wait a little while to see a doctor but then at you wait everywhere anyway any doctor office
I just can't say enough good things about the staff and Dr.Cox. They are amazing and so very caring. Dr.Cox is keeping me motivated to get through some tough times. She is so knowledgeable and if she not sure she will look things up right in front of you. I like that because she is taking the time to find the best treatment. I hate Drs. who can't admit they don't know. I don't even mind waiting as long as it takes to see Dr. Cox. I think the longest I have waited was 30 minutes. Very unprofessional staff, the medical assistant was so rude and made me uncomfortable. Waited over a half hour to be seen for my appointment before leaving. I would not recommend.
This doctor is amazing. Her office staff are horrible. Waited 4 months for them to process a prior authorization only to find out they never even sent in the paperwork . I called once a week every week to ask about this for four straight months finally contacted my insurance company only to find out that they had never even submitted it . You’ll wait five weeks to get to see her and then if you need a follow up appointment, you’ll have to wait another five weeks to see her again. Dr. Sibeck is amazing… as long as you’re a male. Went to her for a year (I’m a female), got zero help. I’m literally in a motorized wheelchair that was custom ordered by my insurance and doctors in Virginia, I have osteoarthritis, avascular necrosis, and severe migraines, among many other issues. Asked her to send me to pain management - I was flat out told no she wasn’t sending me to any pain management.
