Get directionsIt was clean, had no wait, and I was treated kindly... However their MEDICAL care was a JOKE. Came in with a wound that wouldn't stop bleeding, they put glue on it, telling me they didn't have to ability cauterize wounds AT THE EMERGENCY ROOM, and it broke right back open the next day after following all instructions that had been given to me. I will write an update when the bills hit.

I brought my fiance to the er due to rapid heart rate, I believe it was the head nurse, upon arriving to triage my fiance told me the nurse flat out told him she dont like working nights and didnt want to be there. They did not listen to the fact I have tried all of the same things they were giving me. Heating pads and lidocaine patches plus ibuprofen ive obviously tried before my last resort of going to the ER. They then released me in the same amount of pain I came in with. Not to mention the fall risk wristband I had on my wrist as the discharging nurse proceeded to tell me the exit directions. I slid the band off my wrist and walked myself out. Thanks Henry Ford!!
I went to for progressive back pain and was sent home, only to end up at another hospital two days later needing emergency surgery. Henry Ford originally replied to my review saying someone would reach out, but all I got was an automated email—poor customer service and no meaningful follow-up. In my experience, this felt more like an urgent care than a hospital. If you need emergency care, go to a real ER. One star because the nursing staff were actually great.
