As a BW, who explains to her I have been dismissed in the past by Corewell and came here to get a second opinion on something I deemed emergent and being told (after telling her I’ve been to several specialist and I’m only getting worse) that we won’t get to the bottom of it today?! Dr.Saghy-Sova gave me extremely disappointing care and had extremely poor bedside manor. she was unhelpful, cold, and downright rude. she couldn't manage to hide her annoyance and attitude when i told her i was disappointed with her level of care vs the last doctors she said " theres nothing i can do for you. I'll get your discharge papers" as if she was discharging me as punishment. it was the one and only time i had actually seen her while she was my doctor, nearly 3 hours after shift change. Wonderful staff and they took care of me. I am recovering at home much better now because of the care I received and I recommend this facility 100%
The worst experience ever at this Emergency with my 4 week old baby for fever, the way the took her blood out is terrible the nurse poke my baby 3 times and nothing find, end the end they took her blood from her foot, and to much worse condition of sterilization things around. Later afternoon i go tho the children hospital and everything is fine , back home that day and they call me about culture of the blood because they find bacteria and doct said me go right way back to hospital because she have bacteria in her blood.
