Went hoping I could actually get help for increasing issues instead or bare minimum be sent somewhere that can but was basically told the case was too complex and follow with my pcp ect despite my increasing symptoms Honestly as a chronically ill person dont bother with hospitals they never help. Forgot to add/edit while getting my iv out i was told I "looked pretty comfy" as I was just in extreme pain from an xray and having to move and feeling extremely sick and tired and in pain so-

Had a severe cut on my finger that ended up with 18 stitches. The staff from reception, triage and nurse practitioner who took care of me were professional, courteous, emphatic and made sure I was aware of what is going on! Unlike at another emergency room (Corewell) who were totally opposite and their billing didn’t make sense! Highly recommend going to Henry Ford!

Sat there for 5 hours waiting to be seen for the Flu Type A😷 watching other patients that arrived after me be seen and leave while I was still sitting there

Was at home for 3 days in excruciating pain. I came to the er and was told I had pancreatitis. This isn’t a hospital just an er. I’ve been here 9 hours “waiting for a bed in West Bloomfield”. My pain and nausea have barely been touched. For a pancreas that’s so bad they’ve left me crying, not answered the call light and when they did they’d promise to be back. You might get lucky in 2-3 hours. No one can give a definite answer don’t waste your time! Go to a real hospital.
