Be weary. I am confident in experienced serotinin syndrome while under the supervision of this medical system and, even if that wasnt the case, they never explained to me how such a "harmless" ssri had me experiencing muscle rigidity, muteness, confusion, anxiety, and vomiting. Very friendly service everytime I call. I was waiting days for mychart to process my scripts, called today, spoke with a miss Robin, pharmacy texted less than an hour later saying they will be ready tomorrow.
Henry Ford has declined in quality care over the years. It has come to the point where I can no longer use them as a provider. The final nail in the coffin was knowingly putting me at risk of drug withdrawals, providing no help or further resources. Their only concern was protecting their company. They do not care about their patients’ safety.
