I could not get In with my regular doc last week at all, so gave up and went to walk in for lower back pain. Receptionist was nice. MA was cold to say the very least. I was obviously bothering her by being there. Doc came in and said "what do you want? X-rays, shots? What do you want?" Well, I was there for an opinion as I AM NOT A DOCTOR. I will NEVER EVER step foot in that building as a walk in ever again. Rude, cold, horrible bedside manner.
I have been with these doctors for 35-40 years. They are excellent, very caring and listen well.
They collect your copay & do nothing for you.
Excellent physician (Dr..Bell) and pleasant, competent staff
They are great there. Listen to all your complaints and try to help you. They do a great job.
I love going early in morning and everyone is so nice and helpful!
Dr.Bell is awesome, very patient, good listener, understanding. His nurse made several follow-p phone calls to see how I was doing. I am very comfortable knowing I am in great care with Dr. Bell.
