My husband and I have been going to Dr. Henry for approximately five years. We see her for maybe five minutes at a time we are rushed in and rushed out although the wait in the office is extremely long. The inner action with the staff is very curt. My husband went there for six months with the rash that would not go away and it never got taken care of he went to another doctor and within one hour he was diagnosed correctly. We felt like we gave her ample time and yet we were very unhappy.
I Will Never Go Back To This Office! I Showed Up 5 Mins Early For My Appt & Was Unable To See The Dr Because Of A Co-Pay Issue. My Appt Was Set For 12:50, Right Before Her Lunch! I'm A New Patient! NO One Should Have A 10 Minite Initial Visit! Front Desk Was Really Rude & Unprofessional! Worst Dr. Experience Ever!
Condescending, unprofessional and grumpy front desk staff. Dr. Henry is rushed during entire sit down and displays no interest whatsoever in your concerns. Answers your questions with short undetailed responses without clarity. Charges almost $250 to briefly remove whitehead acne without any consideration patient of outrageous price.
Waited an hour for my appointment. Saw Dr Henry for maybe 5 minutes regarding a skin cancer check and mole removal. She was hesitant to remove the mole that was bothering me, saying she felt like she did a lot for me already. Wanted me to reschedule for another appointment. After advocating for myself, she came back to my room and removed the mole. I would never go back to her! Very unpleasant experience.
I have been a patient of Dr. Henry's for years . She is professional , she is friendly, understanding and kind. I know I am very lucky to have her as I'm certain my skin cancers would have easily gone worse than a few have. She is extremely thorough in her body checks and for me that is very important. I have shared her name with many people because I truly believe she is the very Best.
Always seems rushed - literally schedules 10 minute appointments. Staff had no bedside manner when dealing with children - even when performing a procedure.
