My wife got a temporary crown and it didn't even last a week before it broke. The dentist has not returned our calls to get a hold of him. This dentist office used to be great but lately it has fallen off a cliff . The dentist is never there and takes off for weeks at a time randomly. Im finding a new dentist that actually cares.
Dr Yu is such a good dentist. He cares about his patients and doesn’t pressure you into something you may need but don’t want to do it at this time. He is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and I love it when he brings his dogs into visit. Michelle does a very thorough job on cleaning your teeth. She is very friendly and I love our conversations about different topics.
I honestly think him and his office are great, I give him accolades and will add I think his office staff are cool people.
Worst dentist experience of my life. Instead of teaching me the importance of my teeth Dr. Yu SHAMED me as a little girl. To add, when he preformed my root canal it took him multiple times to get me numbed up and said “just one of those mondays” to his assistant as if I wasn’t in extreme pain. Not to mention the entire time he was chatting to his assistant about how their weekend went etc.. It took me a long time to trust dentists again. Don’t make the mistake of trusting this one.
