I honestly think him and his office are great, I give him accolades and will add I think his office staff are cool people.
Worst dentist experience of my life. Instead of teaching me the importance of my teeth Dr. Yu SHAMED me as a little girl. To add, when he preformed my root canal it took him multiple times to get me numbed up and said “just one of those mondays” to his assistant as if I wasn’t in extreme pain. Not to mention the entire time he was chatting to his assistant about how their weekend went etc.. It took me a long time to trust dentists again. Don’t make the mistake of trusting this one.
I trust Dr. Yu because he does not recommend work that does not need to be done. If you read his bio you will see he is highly trained beyond dental school. He is the only dentist that has called me in the evening after my appointment to see if I am doing well and no longer in pain. The staff is very nice and easy to work with and the dog is very sweet.
I dont know why people only write about bad experiences and never when things go good. My experiences here are always great. The receptionist all the way to Dr. Yu are amazing people and always leave with a positive experience. Nice people. Thanks!
