I have been having a problem with Redlands-Henry Bush Plumbing since 11/30. They installed a Tankless Water Heater that has never worked properly. Have been to my home 5 times with a different excuse every time. I have even called Rinnai the company brand they installed. Was told it sounds like it is improperly installed and they should have installed a heater with a recirculator. I want to say thank you to Henry b***. You guys are amazing. When the pandemic began or right before in March 2019 Ty came out to price check with us when we had a foundation leak (hot water). He came out quoted us for a whole re-pipe plus the patching of the holes; it came out to around 15.5k which is the kitchen, 2 1/2 bath( 2 up stairs one 1/2 bath down) and 3 out door water hose access and the connection from Main Street water main to the house. THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF DISABLED VETERANS ON A FIXED INCOME! My parents had a water leak that damaged some of their house. The insurance would cover repairing the damage but not the plumbing repairs and since the pipes were over 60 years old they were going to do a repipe out of pocket. They called multiple plumbers out for quotes which ranged from $10,500 to $15,000. When redlands plumbing came out they were trying to upsell them on everything. According to your review, you stated that we took advantage of retired, disabled war vets. I can tell you Sir, this is definitely not how we operate. The owners of the home were given four options for repairs based on the current situation of the existing plumbing system in the home. This company wanted $350 to change out a cartridge for a shower valve, a job that takes less than 20 minutes with a part that costs around $40 at Lowes. I called them because I had a newborn infant just out of the hospital at home and didn't want to leave to run to the store to buy the cartridge. I understand that they run a business and must make a profit, but the price quoted to me was obscene.
