The building is located in Downtown Portland, which means it has access to all TriMet services. This building also is on the same 4 block radius as the Midtown Beer Garden AND Queen Mamas Kitchen! I give 3 for the “atmosphere” of the front/entry area of the building and a 3.5 for the overall building esthetic inside and out.
One Of Oregon Favorite Places To Live And Work. Peaceful To Create Art And Share Resources With The Portland Community.
Just moved in, and the place is very secure, and neat looking place with friendly tenants. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom & shower are communal, but you definitely do get what you pay for !! Edit Been here awhile now, and I have not complaints. You got you weirdo's of course, but its cheap, and fairly secure inside. One too many fire alarms at odd hours of the night. There area many many option for transit, and eating near me. The people that run the Henry are mostly friendly, and they through gatherings in the basement... read more
