I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This is by far one of the worst dealerships and service departments I have ever dealt with. I will continue to buy GMC vehicles because I like the brand, but I will never willingly buy another vehicle from or return to this dealership for service. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I come in, it feels like employees are just sitting around while customers are left waiting and trying to get answers. My advisor was excellent. My truck was in and out and they took care of a nail in tire without me asking.
