With the current situation in the country and the difficulty of getting in with all dealerships to get repairs done, I was impressed with Heidi in service after my vehicle was towed in there on a Tuesday night and although they had some big jobs going on and had to finish those up, she immediately got authorization for a rental car, which I didn’t need, And had the vehicle looked at the next Monday as promised, and the repair was done Tuesday. Very happy with how she handled the situation and kept in communication with me.
When buying a vehicle from another state, make sure you read the fine print before you initial all boxes to buy new vehicle. Dealerships will not take off any add ons by them to make money!
Dwayne Champion was god sent, at least that's how we felt meeting him.
