Worst experience of my life I will not recommend anyone to shop here ever save ur self the hassle, I was sold the car by Gabe was made a lot of promises was promised free oil changes. I have been contacting the dealership and they have not answered me for three months now. and then not even a month later Of purchasing the car, everything started messing up on the check engine light AC went out I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy
I had a great experience at this dealer. Went home with the exact vehicle we wanted. A 2023 Yukon XL with a Duramax. “Waggy” is a great salesman to work with. Makes things easy. No pressure. No nonsense. One month of ownership later and I’m dead in a parking lot. Ended up being the battery. $300 later and some sweat in a parking lot and I’m back on the road. Don’t purchase a used vehicle from here unless you have money to spend on costly repairs. I truly believe the dealership and warranty should work together to resolve this issue instead of advising her to call one or other with none of them willing to take ownership of the issue. Great customer service goes a long way and we’ve yet to receive it. The dealerships licensed mechanics should definitely be reviewed because how can so many work on a vehicle so many times and not find the issues and then for the truck to break down ... read more
