Purchased a 2026 GMC Canyon from Henry Brown. Gabe was the sales person. He called me within five minutes of my initial inquiry and was on top of the process from start to finish. Gabe promptly responded to every email and text and after several back and forth communications we agreed to a purchase price, which was the best price I received from several GMC dealerships (including out of state dealers). My husband and I came in and purchased a brand new GMC Denali Ultimate after setting up the deal in advance and having our own financing already set up. We had a trade on our deal as well which was pre set up and configured. When we arrived to do paperwork everyone was nice and helpful but we felt rushed, now we know why....over 3 weeks later our trade has still not been paid off (but is for sale on their website) they owed us a refund check which has still not been received as well as our spare key!!!
