Have had an ongoing issue with the truck I bought from them. Their service department is booked weeks out and you have to leave your vehicle there to get in the queue. I can’t be without a vehicle for weeks waiting for them to even look at it but they have no system in place for you to bring the vehicle even just a couple days before when you are almost up. The sales side of things is helpful and efficient but they are massively held back because they can’t stand by the customers or vehicles they sell.
