home town dealer with a home town feel
Terrible. Ripped off initially for the truck I purchased on the sale price, dealer added accessories etc. (partly my fault) Then given a bad sell rate on the interest rate so they could make money there. Also bought the extended warrant under the impression they were a family owned dealer that would take care of issues, but I called service dept and they REALLY don't want you coming here for things covered under warranty. Told to drop off my truck and nobody will even look at it for two weeks, then the approval, then fix. Wh... read more
