A few years ago a HUGE miscommunication by one of Dr SanGerman 's office staff caused me to change Dr.s. I had been having back issues and after speaking with the Dr, he said someone would be calling me with instructions. Someone did call me and told me that the Dr wanted me to see a psychiatrist. I repeated a psychiatrist? For my back? She said yes, a psychiatrist. I was so offended that I never called the number she gave me,and immediately changed drs. Just now realized she meant physiatrist!
