Improve your image – My wife gave me a gift of a hand made suit from Henry Davidsen. I had always dressed well but had never had a custom suit. Brian Lipstein, a Wharton grad and the owner has a very handsome club like fitting and showroom at 17th and Spruce. He explained the difference in construction and material from a store bought suit. Quality service and product – Everyone should own at least one custom suit. No matter how many alterations you make to a store bought suit, nothing fits or feels better then a custom suit. I had not owned one until last year because I didn't believe there would be a difference (I own 20+ suits). I was wrong! If I had the financial means, I would trade in of all of my store bought suits for custom suits. Education, and a great suit... – Brian started the process by giving me a basic course on suit construction and fit BEFORE I bought. The result is a great fit, and now I know the value of a custom fit. Brian isn't just suits: I"ve purchased other items that are the same consistency as his suits: excellent fit, excellent construction. After buying from Brian several times, my wife asked me: why did you ever waste time in a typical men's store? I didn't have and answer.
The Best Custom Suits in Philadelphia – I met with Brian from Henry A. Davidsen Master Tailors again yesterday to order another suit and several more shirts. As always, the experience was first-class! The style,fit and service could not be better. I used to buy Hugo Boss and Canali suits off the rack but never again. I highly recommend Henry A. Davidsen!
