He was great
I had a total right knee replacement in 2013 and I am still going strong!
Dr Pierre-Jacques has replaced both of my knees. The two year old one is fantastic. The one year old one will be fantastic. He told me that it takes two years for a new knee to heal. He’s been right on! I have found both him and the entire staff to be kind, professional, knowledgeable and through. He’s my Bone Doctor!
OMG NEVER IN MY LIFE THAT I WAS TREATED SO BADLY, DOCTOR IS GREAT, BUT THE WOMEN STAFF AT DESK CHECK OUT WERE HORRIBLE AND TREATED ME SO BADLY, SAID I WOULD CALL IN FOR APPOINTMENT AND SHE LITERALLY SAID TO ME SHOO AWAY THEN. WOW I WISH I COULD SOMEHOW TALK TO TOP MANAGEMENT THERE AND LET THEM KNOW HOW BAD SHE TREATED ME. ALSO OTHER STAFF NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. THEY DON'T LIKE THERE JOB THEY SHOULD QUIT AND FIND ANOTHER JOB. JUST TERRIBLE HOW THEY ARE.
Dr Pierre-Jacques is a remarkable orthopedic surgeon. It has been 10 years this month since he performed my bilateral partial knee replacements. I interviewed multiple surgeons but it was Dr Pierre-Jacques who agreed to operate and ‘get me walking again ‘. I was too young for the other surgeons. Dr used excellent pain control and helped me to recover more quickly. Yes it was painful and I had to do the physical therapy work but I am now 60 and well. I owe it to Dr. Pierre-Jacques.
Fantastic ! At the ready. Cares,listens and answers all questions. For being an operation, it was not a horrible experience. Thank you Dr. Pierre-Jacques.
I would recommend him to everyone, very caring excellent surgeon. I had a hip replacement surgery went great. I found out at that time I was allergic to adhesive. He was so concerned he called me at home. Had me coming in the office 2 times weekly until rash and small infection was cleared. He listens to you and answers all of your questions.
Dr. Pierre-Jacques bedside manner was excellent. He was very informative & didn't hesitate to answer any questions or address my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone with orthopedic issues.
