I'm a service technician and have been working on a Henny Penny combi oven. I work on this oven at least once a month. Two days ago I had to call for customer support (again). Every time I call there, they're experiencing high volume of calls. I normally stay on hold till they answer (on hold for about an hour). This time I took the option to have them call me back.
