I arrived at the company at 3:30 AM and was greeted by a friendly employee who immediately gave me a dock door for unloading, even though my appointment was scheduled for 7:00 AM. They unloaded me within an hour. Great job — very efficient and professional team!
I was told my appointment is at 11pm. When I arrived there were 2 trucks already there. The lady at the receiving said: here is fcfs and you'll be the third in line. Okay, no problem, I thought, because there are at least 8 doors. To cut a long story short: they gave me a door at 3 am and empty at 5.30 am !!! At least you can park there to avoid elog trouble, but you get a sleepless night for free. First and last time for me.
They starts unloading of Canadian loads of freis around 11pm No appointment first come first serve I got here at 11pm got dock right away and unloading was done around 3am
