UPDATE to response below: You are "firing" a customer when you were in the wrong? That makes total sense. No communication from you or your office until after I called and after you missed another customer appointment. Sure your showed up, but you told my son, "you're ok if I want to go with another company", then just walked away with no apology or excuse or even to try to make it right. This is by far the best hvac company around, Patrick is a man of his word, he goes above and beyond left the job better than he found it, paying close attention to all the little details, highly recommend this company
