We ordered fairly quick. They were out of the appetizer, which happens. But it then took 1 hour and 20 mins to get 2 bowls of soup and 2 burgers. Waitress told us at one point the burgers were up but still took another 25 mins. We had to ask for the bill 3x. Do not waste your money and time

We would not come back. The tomato soup was spaghetti sauce heated up. The crab dip came with assorted crackers, which were individual packs of crackers wrapped in plastic. The mint in the mojito wasn't muddled. We watched multiple staff members walk past various food on the floor instead of cleaning it up. We watched the bartender step on a French fry twice. The best part of my meal was the side salad.
All workers here need a dress code. They’re appearance was undesirable. A lot of carrying on between each other. Not professional. Food was ok. Fish & fries over cooked. Soup, too thick, not there known chicken corn soup. Wings not crispy, asked for extra crispy. Veggies terrible. Pork sandwich was great! Remodeling great. But need new cook.
First time there in a few years! Britanny was our server. She did a fine job! Food was hot, including the succotash, and extremely good! We had pretzel curds, the California burger, and, the sirloin steak with loaded mashed potatoes. EVERYTHING was tasty and cooked as requested and we found no fault (which is remarkable because I can always find something). We will go back!
I called in to try to place an order for carryout, I have never been here before and was going to give it a try based on a co-worker's recommendation. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude!! I couldn't order what I wanted because they changed their menu?? I'm not sure how I'm supposed to know whats on the menu if there is no menu to look at and the menu on their website is "old". Very disappointed, not even worth a first time trip
